1. Who you’re buying from

Tokenizal is operated by ICS4BIZ & IT SRL (Romania, CUI 40365405). Digital products are sold through our Merchant of Record, who is the reseller of record and issues your invoice and handles applicable VAT.

2. The products

We sell downloadable digital guides and related materials. Each product page describes what’s included. Once purchased, products are delivered electronically (download links sent by email).

3. Licence

You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the materials for your own use. You may not resell, redistribute, or republish them. Free updates, where offered, are provided for the period stated on the product.

4. Refunds

Because the products are instantly accessible digital goods, by completing a purchase you request immediate delivery and acknowledge that the statutory EU right of withdrawal for digital content is waived once delivery begins. We therefore do not offer refunds on guides. If something is genuinely wrong with your purchase, email hello@tokenizal.com and we’ll make it right.

5. Educational disclaimer

All content is for general educational purposes only and is not legal, financial, tax, or investment advice. Tokenization and crypto-assets carry risk, including loss of capital. Always consult a qualified attorney and a licensed financial advisor before acting. We make no guarantee of any financial outcome.

6. Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the site, attempt to break its security, or use the materials unlawfully.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions you make based on the materials, or for indirect or consequential losses.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Romanian law, subject to any mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
