Who we are

Tokenizal is operated by ICS4BIZ & IT SRL (“we”, “us”), a company registered in Romania (CUI 40365405), the data controller for this website. Contact: hello@tokenizal.com. Full company details are on our Imprint.

What we collect and why

• Newsletter: if you subscribe, your email address, handled by our email provider (Beehiiv) to send you guide announcements. Legal basis: consent. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email.
• Purchases: when you buy a guide, payment is processed by our Merchant of Record, who acts as reseller and is the controller for the payment and billing data you enter at checkout. We receive only the information needed to deliver your product and provide support (e.g. order reference and email). Legal basis: contract.
• Support: if you email us, we keep the correspondence to answer you. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
• Analytics: if enabled, privacy-friendly, aggregate usage statistics with no cross-site tracking. Legal basis: legitimate interest.

What we don’t do

We don’t sell your data, and we don’t run advertising trackers or build profiles for ad targeting.

Sharing

We share data only with the processors that run the service (our email provider, our Merchant of Record / payment processor, and our hosting and delivery infrastructure) each only as needed to operate the site.

Retention

We keep newsletter data until you unsubscribe, and order-related data for as long as required for accounting and legal obligations.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and you can object to processing or withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email hello@tokenizal.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (in Romania, the ANSPDCP).

International transfers

Some providers may process data outside the EU/EEA under appropriate safeguards (e.g. EU Standard Contractual Clauses).
